Finding A Rhythm...

Each day, when I wake up in the morning, my brain is going at 100 miles per hour already.  It's racing to get to the next task, trying it's best to prioritize the order of events and I haven't even gotten out of bed yet!

The Bee has class in the morning, so I've now given him the responsibility of making sure that I get out of the house when he leaves so that I can get to the gym, and get my workout in before even thinking about anything else.

While at the gym, I can take the time I need to do any ho'oponopono cleansing, even get some meditation in while doing my situps: a quiet and select moment when I can take care of those "spirit" activities that need to happen first to get my day started well.

This will take care of parts of my body.

Once I get home, it should still be relatively early, and I can drink my water, take my supplements and eat breakfast.  Then, I can take my shower, get dressed and then it's "to the computer" I go and stay until it's time for me to leave and teach (if it's a day where I'm teaching outside of the house).

My planning activities will happen the night before when I unwind from the day.  I will celebrate my successes then and regroup for the next day.

This seems to be a routine that I can adapt.  The key is getting out of the house early enough to do so....
